IRL Progression has hit a wall!

Hey guys, i want to bring up a topic with the IRL scene. It appears to me like it's hit a wall. No real exciting news to bring home about it. The aftermarket scene for it seems slow. IRL owners seem not excited and unenthusiatic.

Anyone feel me or am I just tripping....?

I agree the aftermarket has been asleep on this one. I am still undecided on keeping mine or trading off but we will see. I think I have till sept 7th to decide.

yeah, the aftermarket has been very asleep. They have been hibernating all summer long...

I'm really swaying towards trade in. Something fucking fabulous has to happen to the IRL scene for me to get excited and not trade in my car. It has to be exciting enough for me to pass on a STi/EVO9.

Don't forget the sti/evo comes with an extra 10k on the sticker. I think with the intro of the balt we will soon have some coat tails to ride. I hope this is the case.... I love this car!

I have no idea what you're talking about... I've been spending money left and right on the car... there are more mods than I can personally afford, maybe that's different for some people. I go to my first race on Saturday as well.

I think you're just seeing cycles. People can only focus on a car like a freak for a while, then it must go back to real life. Then back again. I'm really not sure why you think the 'scene' is slow. Of course there could be more aftermarket, but that the case with alot of cars.

IRL guys should be good here in the next 6-9months...
Isnt GM working on stuff? Probably to be shown at SEMA ?
TOG and SCDyne have headers?
Intakes already available ?
Saturn motorsports Throttle Body ?
PSI FI Kit coming sometime in the near future ?
torque braces... short throw shifter... ?
There are some options out there right now... Seems like some really good stuff right on the horizon for the RL and the CSS/SC ... Just little more time!
Trying to be optimistic !
