Saturn Of Colma Is In Trouble!

I brought my car in 12 days ago to Saturn of Colma for the gear rattle fix. Last Wednesday they told me it would be done on Thursday, than they told me it would be done on Friday. I get a call Friday Morning around 7:30am, the service guy told me the technician put my transmission back together wrong and he is missing fifth gear. They dont know what the problem is and they think they will probably have to replace the transmission! I called corp already and spoke to the manager there and she is going to talk to the owner of Saturn Of Colma tommorow about it. The Manager on the phone sounded really irritatted when I told her that they put my tranny back together wrong. I brought it in with a TSB# and now the transmission doesnt work. I wonder how they are going to fix the situation......

I'm surprised they took it apart instead of exchanging it in the first place.

the tsb fix involves taking it apart,

it scares me so im leaving it as is.

I didn't think the dealerships had the Saab tools yet to dismantle it, atleast we don't. I also remember another thread when Saturn dealerships and even Saab dealerships were refusing to install an LSD because they did'nt have the tools.

i cant believe it, thier loaner car they gave me. A ION 1 2006 MODEL JUST BROKE DOWN ON ME. IT WENT INTO LIMP MODE ON ME ON THE FREEWAY. I COULD BARELY ACCELERATE. THE CAR ONLY HAS 600MILES ON IT. WOW SATURN BUILD QUALITY!!!!

That is hilarious...no really saturn's are supposed to have good quality and reliability.
