Not a leak............

I use my car to work out of and at 20K in the odometer, I noticed that my back door on the driver side has recessed slightly. Now I probly open/close this door 20+ times a day gettin my bag out. It shuts fine w/no leaks. it just looks like the whole door has sunk in about 3-5 mils. Something I never noticed in the mirror before. Now I do.

Well, the service manager for my Saturn dealership called me today. He didn't seem too interested in talking to me, either. Just like the idiot service tech who I talked to on Sat. He said he could set up an appointment for on Thurs. at 8:00 am. Hmmmm, let's see. I work from 4:30 pm to 1:00 am and it takes me an hour to get home and the dealership is 30 miles away. I don't think that will work for me. So, I am going to call him back tomorrow and ask for another appointment time. I don't understand what the big deal is. It's like they are annoyed that I want my car, that I purchased from them, looked at. Whatever, I thought Saturn was supposed to be "different". Oh, that's right, they changed their slogan, didn't they?

i brought mine up to have the door panel replaced becuase the trim on top was cut wrong maybe a mm but enough that I notice it all the time. Without hesitation she looked at the door and within maybe a few seconds she saw it cant be fixed and ordered a new panel. No grief at all. I enjoy the hell out of my saturn dealership. Perhaps its the managment. While your there ask for the store or general manager after your car is done so they dont mess with anything else. Tell them what you think of how you were treated. Everytime Im there regardless if Im there about my car or just to BS they offer me the world, sodas, lunch and so on. I thought all Saturn Dealers were like this?

I don't know, man. Maybe it's just me. But, I don't think so. I already talked to the sales manager about the rude service tech. I just want to get my car taken care of. This is a BIG investment for me. I know it's all covered under warranty, but I don't like being treated with disrespect. We'll see I guess.

By the way, goofyguy, is your RL dropped? If so, what springs did you use? Thanks.

Sprints. So far that I hear they are the best for the car in terms of fitment.
