Forgot about it runs fine after warm up though intermittent or a faulty/slow working pump is plausible, just not as likely.

if its not the pump what else could it be? what sensor would cause it?

Does the issue happen until the coolant temp is exactly 140* by chance?

maybe why? I would have to throw my hpt on it and check what the temp is. I can tell you though once my temp gauge gets to the quarter way point then the car idles by its self.


This is what happens when I start it, the car a/f is 12 to 1 for about 2 seconds then it bounces to 19 a/f and the car dies. If I give it gas and feather the peddle I can maintain the rpms at 1500-2000 and a a/f of 14. If I do that it is fine till it warms up then it will idle by its self. Normally takes 10 min for it to idle by its self. The temp gauge gets to a quarter of the way up then it's fine. I can do a hpt log for you guys if you would like but the log will only be like 4 sec cause the car will die then.

Ok here is my log file and my tune file. I notice in the log my car is commanding a a/f ratio of like 8 then some cases it bounces down to like 2 wtf please check my log and tune let me know whats jacked up. I am at a lose thanks.

well I fixed my idle problem but now I have another one but its a easy fix. My idle problem was due to the wrong injector data I fixed that and it idled nice and does not die but now I have to retune my car because the a/f when driving is at 12 to 1.
