My car surprised me today.....

I guess this is probably a common thing in newer cars but this is the first new car i"ve ever owned. I was listening to a rock radio station, and then my girl gets into the car and of course the first thing she does is change my station. Before I had a chance to reach back like a pimp and smack the ho, i realized that the radio sounded different. So I changed it back and sure enough it went back to how it sounded. So I checked the Bass and Treble settings and lo and behold, the radio keeps the EQ set for each of the programmed stations. Well even though it was something so trivial it still made my day, and its only 8:47. Sweet

Kinda cool, i guess ill have to check that out, i just bought one as well. Actually gonna go into the parking lot and check that right now!!

Yeah, you can set each station individualy. Nice feature. Plaus you can change the overall tone of the sound, like rock, classic, talk, and such.

You can also do this for every cd you have as well (if you have the 6 disk option). It's very nice.

Ya, its a VERY nice feature. The whole "you have auxliury power for 10 minutes" thing scared the crap outta me the first time. I was in my dad's car, and turned it off and procceeded to ask him if the car was off or not as the radio was playing....lol.

Another cool feature: You can insert and eject CDs without the car being on.
