Shift knob TSB

I haven't seen this posted so I thought I would since there are a lot of shift knobs popping off. If this was already posted just delete the thread.

A TSB for the shift knob issue was recently posted. Below are the details that I was provided.

Finally they released an actual TSB for this. I don't think there was an official one until this. Has anyone heard about the SS's having the same problem? I have wondered over to their board to look.

My knob came off once a few months ago, I pushed it back on and it has stayed tight since then, weird.

i got the new shifter assembly, at first it was super short, and after like 3 days it rose back up to stock.

it shifts better than the first one, weird huh, however its the same knob design so im assuming it wont be long before it flys off

time will tell
