Buy the OEM GM filter. It's only like $7-$8 bucks and filters a whole lot better than that piece of shit fram.

If you compare the two, you can tell the fram is a cheap piece of shit. The fram is like 6 bucks.

I had a sure drain on my Z71, but the Redline plug has a niple on the plug that allows you to unthread completely, without pulling the plug out all the way. Lets you get the plug out without oil on you or the plug falling into the tub.

Also, yeah, avoid Fram. Used to be great stuff, but once they became the mega compnay they are today, they have gotten cheap. Lot's of cardboard in a fram filters these days...
