I didn't figure anyone at GM could read......... Oh wait or are we using this thread to communicate with GM? Ummm GM exactly what the hell were you thinking with the SSR and the HHR? SSR is no way a replacement for the camaro, and the HHR, umm Chrysler has already bled that niche market to death with the PT Cruiser. The Solstice seems ok but I must say you need to make it perform BETTER than the miata when you first introduce it. When did you as a car manufacturer become so arrogant that you thought, "They'll buy it because its a GM"? Ok I'm done since I'm guessing any of the GM people that troll these boards looking to limit their product's liability must not have that big an attention span......

Fuck GM the nvr listen to us in the 1st place they need a new fresh board of directors instead of these old-farts and get into the performance division.....i havent seen anything come out of it that was in the slightest bit to performe. unless it came w/a V8

Just jump on the ball GM thats all.............Instead of being worried about us!!! you should be worried about your company and the slow cars they are comming out with.
make the Saturn LSJ engine well known like the LT1 or LS1???.They should really think this through b4 trying to read our stupid posts about a lil drag race or this that and the other.
Im done w/my rant now

yeah GM will never work on my cars again they used the fact that there are only five RL owners here in Indy. and they used that fact to track me down and deny my warranty claim. luckily ive got a great mechanic who is going o fix it for at lot less then the dealership would. im going to have put in a spec 3 clutch anway isnt this supposed to be a performance car shouldnt i be able to drive it in a performance matter without something breaking

Oh yeah and cops read these boards too. So I'd be sure and take it easy on posting spots where you run/chill. There were about 10 cops at our last meet here. When I asked how they knew we'd be there and got there ahead of us. His reply (smiling)"I read it on the internet".

I'm going to resist hijacking this thread and keep my comments about the sneaky ass, egotistical, law breaking, and most recently looting-in-New Orleans cops to myself.......

File this under Old News
I highly doubt GM "corporate" is lurking in these forums for warranty denial purposes.
However it wouldnt be the first time someone spouted off in here that they smoked there clutch racing, or broke an axle at the track and someone FROM THE LOCAL SATURN DEALERSHIP seen it in here or some other forums. And since these same people seem to feel the need to post a significant amount of personal info in their profile and/or signature, someone could easily put 2 and 2 together.

Zvillepimp, check out your OWN profile... you've even given your name.
Maybe post your VISA# as well??!!

Since this is "the net" why would anyone be suprised that GM or any dealer would be reading the forums. It used be that dealers would show up at the track or the favorite street place and keep track of who was running and they refused to accept warranty claims based on those observations. They do have the right to protect their contracted interest. So do not say anything specific that can come straight back to you when you take the car in.

I've got my plate number in my sig. And the guys at the dealership I bought my car from know I take my car to Atco. I even invited the salesman I bought the car from to come with me. I'm lucky and haven't had anything major break on me. The biggest problem I've had was a sensor broke. I'm not gonna whine and cry "WARRANTY!" over a $10 sensor. But I will be taking my car back because the backlight on my odometer burnt out. I'd replace it myself, but I don't know how to take the guage cluster apart, and more importantly, how to put it back together.
