How many miles did you had on your car man? What Saturn dealer did you took it to? I know that last one does not matter much since the are all owned by the same company but I go to the one in the Westside and I can tell you that they will treat you a lot better than the ones up north (everything sales,service, etc). I don't know if your situation has caused such a stir up there to where they have your name on a black list but if there is still something that can be done I Know some people that may be able to help out.
