that is cheap. ill just turn around and sell the rims. i dont like them. and whats with the ladder tach? i saw it at the auto show yesterday, is it like a shift light?

i still dont get what it does...it is like a shift light? if so that would be awesome!

and yes, the auto show in detroit was awesome.

I'm guessing that with 6 lights, one of them illuminates for each 1000 rpms, thus the "ladder" effect. You could see the lights with your periphery vision, and know your RPM's without actually staring at your tach. I imagine the response time of a single LED going off would be much faster than the needle swinging on a guage.

Hell we could go straight for a little electric shocker on the shift knob, gives you a jolt when you forget to shift

Am I the only one who just listens to the engine to know when to shift?

Nope...but I have a light in my Camaro anyway. It helps, especially when you're not used to hearing the car while wearing a helmet.
