Question Weird code (SES Light)

Unfortunately, I didn't get the actual code from the tech at my Saturn dealership but here's the story.

Leaving work last night... it was snowing and very cold. I started the car and my SES light came on. I took it to the dealer today and they said it read "Coolent temperature too low." They've never ran into this before on a Red Line... only on the Vues. Probably from my thermostat opening up too early??? Has anyone else had this happen yet?

Manual

Have you checked your manual? I know there is a section that explains some of those more specific warning lights. I remember reading about the Trans Hot and Trans Cold warnings, but wouldn't Coolant Too Cold indicate that the coolant is freezing?? What else can too cold mean for coolant?

low coolant temperature code I believe is "P0128" I had the same code come on once in my redline. Took it to the dealership where I"m a service advisor and reset the code and it has never come back on. I chalked it up to a momentary glitch. wouldn't want to trouble a tech to replace a thermostat on my car under warranty times unless it was actually necessary. And to answer the other reply, yes quite common on Vue's.
