Let the ECU do it's job. We can mechanically finger fuck our cars till we're blue in the face but till someone can get into the brains of the car or replace them with a stand alone, we really are at the mercy of the big brained geeks at GM. They detuned it from the factory and with good reason. As soon as the ECU gets cracked my isurance rates are gonna fly up as an assload of kids wrap themselves around telephone poles.

I totally agree and probably should have not added the last part of my 'old man tyrade'. I bought this car because of the potential and fully expect upwards of 300 WHP but basically, the computer owns us right now.

I concur, this ECU sucks, I hate the way cars are going these days with electronics. Yeah its cool we get more advanced and cool electronics in lower priced cars but seriously its getting to the point that when I have kids and they get thier first car the car manufacturer and the insurance company are going to know where he is and what speed he's traveling at all times, and you know they're going to throw some catch in the contract that says if you disable connection you void your warranty.

Wear your aluminum foil helmet and all will be fine.

No those don't work Major League Baseball can read all your thoughts, you have to staple forks on top of your foil helmet to disperse your brain waves

I had to take my kids trick-or-treating......

Listen. I had this whole write-up with numbers and graphs and all, I even took the liberty of downloading your spreadsheet and annotating it to show similarities between modded and unmodded runs. But it's really not necessary.

My butt dyno told me the car was faster with the mod too. It might be. Most likely it's just the latest jedi mind trick.

On the dyno 4 days ago, there was virtually no difference in recorded WHP or WTQ.

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it. You can stick to yours too....and that's fine.
