guys you also have to take into consideration that GM is making these claims as if the stock motors are making "205" hp when theyre making closer to 245-250hp stock. so im sure after all these upgrades 300whp wont be hard to achieve.

So stage 3 is a s/c swap. That and a NO2 kit sounds kinda expensive. I'm not a big Nitrous fan, either.

nobodies redline makes 250hp stock... nobodies. Visit any (insert tuner model here)forums.com website and every one of them claims that (insert make here) "always" underates the power *wink* *wink*. Come on. Just because it feels fast on the butt dyno dosen't make it more than 205. Redline is about 220 max.

then what about the cobalts and the redlines that put down 215 to 220hp at the wheels. mine did 211whp stock. so thats around 240-245hp right there.

There is no S/C swap. Stage 3 looks like it's stage 2 with nitrous. I imagine they swapped out pistons too.

Seriously, have you seen any stock RL dynos? Figure in a 15% loss, and 220 CRANK hp is no where near the max. Check it out before you start spewing numbers out of your ass instead of mouth. We "claim" to be underrated, because we are. Max power is ACTUALLY achieved at redline, when it's "rated" at 5200RPM. Why would they do that? To underrate the car.

i agree with alpha on this one. stage 3 is bogus if all it is is nitrous.... i can add that at any time myself and im sure a wet kit will be much much less than what they want to upgrade from stage 2 to stage 3...... and i myself dont run nitrous unless i feel i have to... my 300zx only uses it for a spool up kit since for the quarter times my turbos are so big they dont fully spool till almost 4800 rpm.. so i need it sometimes on the strip but ive never even touched it on the street, though im at over 800whp in that car and ill be much less in the redline.... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm a 800whp redline.......
