Who Is Waiting For 2006 RedLine Comp Pack???

Hi Guy's---I put my order in 5 weeks ago and still am waiting for my TPW???

Dealer said that he is still waiting for GM to send over the film so he can change the order to my options...But this is takeing WAY to LONG and i am getting bummed that it will not get hear before X-MAS...

He said that the car is going to be built in DEC and i should get it in time???

Anybody else have this happen to them???

Do you think i will get it in time???

never happened to me. I saw the RL at a carshow, went to a deaker the next day to see if I could afford it, drove one off the lot the next day after they cleaned it for me. I couldn't imagine waiting over 5 weeks. I couldn't sit still that night that I payed for but didn't have mine.

yea you might want to check out dealers in your surrounding area, i can't imagine NONE of them have a comp package, though it is a possibility

my dealer in tulsa ( like 2nd biggest city in oklahoma) doesn't have a comp package on the lot.

It took about 2 months for mine to show up, but I had problems with getting the Advanced Audio Package installed.

You might want to ask what the hold up is, or if there's anything that can be done to speed it up.

well they might not have it on the lot, but a lotta dealerships are owned by one 'name' (i.e. like the day one here, or #1 cochran), and the nearby towns might have one.... depends on the size of the dealership though

I have a 2004 Redline that i bought off the dealer lot in AUG 2004...

It is a silver with advanced audio/ floor mates / and the small wing...

I ordered a 2006 Redline in silver with the Comp Pack /advanced audio / and rear wing delete...

I am going to buy the redline floormates #12499521 instead of the plain black ones that can be ordered with the car...

I am looking for a sleeper and my 2004 has the rims and wing that draw attention that i don't want...

I like all the things about the 2006 Comp Pack and the gunmetal rims with no wing on a silver car looks stealth and undercover...

So i hope i get this car soon because i hate waiting too...

If you want it decked out with the competition package, you're probably gonna have to wait. If you JUST want the competition package, you may find one.

We tried to get ours just after the competition package started coming to dealers. Even now, the two large dealers in Charlotte, NC have only seen two with the competition package. One is ours and the other is an 06 in red.

They have had quite a few redlines, but when we bought ours the closest with a competition package for sale then was in Chicago at the time. And it wasn't decked out.

My wife had wanted silver, i wanted red. We compromised with black. But getting ours was a fluke. It was scheduled to be sent to a show for display back in Minnesota. We just about had to beg to get it because it was already sold back to Saturn and sitting in the back lot to be picked up.

It has every factory option that Saturn provided in 05 for the redlines.

If you are picky about what you want, you'll have to wait. If you can live without the sunroof, or advanced audio, or 6 disc cd, etc. you might find one.

i dont remember what people said about being able to do this but is it possiable to get it on an 04? (lsd that is)
