Redline Dyno vs Cobalt Dyno

What is the stock dyno nombers on the Redline??? everyone on the Cobaltss forum claims 230hp. just wondering if anyone dyno'd their car stock and what numbers their getting

mine stock pulled 208 WHP, and 192 WTQ and WOW 230 WHP damn if that is true WTF GM!!!????????

ohh yah and as for you SIG...you should get the CTI 3" exhaust i have heard nothing but great news so far about it.

Honestly 230 is way high...I got 216.5 on my first run. I bet yours is just as high. The dyno is good for keeping track of performance. Don't use the dyno as a basis for how strong your car may or may not be, thats all up to the driver . I use the dyno to keep track of the mods I add. I also have a great place to look at my numbers. I can see what happens with each mod and see what works and what doesn't.

I saw 233 HP stock the other day, and last summer I could barely get to 200 HP so yeah best thing is to use it as mentioned above, to gauge each mod...

no, just that someof the SS/SC are getting that much at the wheels stock.

Depends on the dyno operator... there's been a 245 hp stock dyno from the RL on this forum. It wasn't right, but there's a dyno chart of it.

do you mean dyno make..?? I've noticed the ones with 1 roller get higher numbers. Also the gear thats used makes a difference....not a big one, the hp is there its easier to get it in 3rd vs 4th (maybe 1 or 2 hp)
