It takes a lil getting used to but its nice. If your not good at computers I really wouldnt recommend it. I'm decent and it had me scratching my head for an hour. I'm still trying to figure out how to get data table logs off of it

Does it allow you to actually change things, such as fuel tables and what not?

No it is purely a scan tool...though it scans about 150 more parameters than the interceptor for about half the cost...if you already have a laptop (students get 20% off making the kit for our cars 98 shipped).

NICE!!!...This scanner blows the interceptor out of the water. The price is way less than the gauge set-up. This is alot like the VAGCOM program that I used to use on my buddy's VW B5. Its all about having the same program that the dealer techs use, but having it in your own garage. Screw paying for labor co$t$!

Umm... what parameters does it have that the Interceptor dosen't? 150 more? That actually apply to the LSJ? I've looked at it before... The Interceptor records everything the ECU needs to run... what else is there?

This thing dosen't do anything extra... and you need a laptop to use it. In addition, I can't use a laptop while driving a race to do data logging. I can't even have it in my car. Might be ok for dyno or garage tuning...

GOSH! Thanks for bursting my bubble spooner. I was actually looking for a program to hook into my laptop to use in my garage. I still think that this thing is friggin' sweet, gosh...this is the only thing I have seen that shares similar attributes with the program I am already used to. I just wish that it would allow you to change parameters.
