Question strut tower brace - wheel alignment needed???

I was wondering if the car needs an alignment after mounting a strut tower brace?

afterall, those bolts are loosened and removed on top of the towers, there's some likelihood that things are going to move a bit, in fact I've read that some people have had to coax their strut bar on with a bit of light tapping to get the bar on.

just wondering.....

You shouldn't need to do an alignment. Tapping on the top of the struts to move it less than a 1/4" doesn't cause a change in camber or toe. You'll be fine.

you don't need an alignemtn.. you have the entire weight of the car keeping the tires right where they need to be.. as longas you don't jack it up to do it you'll be fine
