Arrow RL vs Cobra

my homeboy got his cobra dialed in at steeda, some ford shop in ft lauderdale. Any who, he had 420hp and I didnt. His SC sounded like some rare species of screaming bird! He even gave me the spliff and a 5 second head start.

its to the rear wheels. he bought the cobra, believe it was an 03, with 17k miles for 15 grand! he spent like 3k at steeda. his base was almost 360 at the wheels.

If he spent that much for mods, he got ripped off BADLY. You can make that on a 03-04 cobra with a simple pully swap, catback and a hand tuner. I would seriously have him see if he can get a refund. 3k on a Cobra is around 500+ to the wheels.

What year Cobra? We can keep up with the 98 Cobra no problem. I don't think it was until 2001 they started supercharging them. The N/A Cobras are fast, but we can keep up...

Exactly. Only the newer ones are blown. But even the n/a ones are pretty fast, we would need a few good mods to really truely run with them IMO.

wow talk about being totally full of shit. The 98-01 Cobras can run easy mid-high 13s and trap over 100 stock. The factory blown Cobra's came out in 03 and 04. The only cobras you could possibly keep up with in a stock RL would be the 5.0 years, 94-95. Those didnt have much HP and didnt trap very high.
