I was coming up on the on ramp to the freeway and didnt want to get stuck behind all the slow elders that populate this town. Come up to a red and the far left lane was open. Didnt notice the Audi until he rev-ed on me. Took a look and looked damn nice, dropped a bit, a meatier exhaust, nice rims ect ect. Anyways, I still need to get on the freeway, so I jump on it, as he hits first I hear an insane blow off from his turbo. That scared the crap out of me, but as I hit 75 I was a few car lengths and able to get on the freeway without a prob.

Not much of a kill I guess, but knowing he had work done to his and I am still stock makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.

it all depends on the audi and model because some of them weigh so much and have no power nice though

forgot to mention that. I'm not sure what he had, badges were taken off the back. We can just say it was the 1.8 for sake of feeling good about myself.

any audi/VW with the stock k03 turbo, and a blow off valve is actually losing power :-X

Sounds like Slowbaru's. It makes them run rich right? Some people are just ricers at heart and need a pshhhhhh sound.


A good alternative is the forge bpv which is a complete replacement for the stock bypass, is 100% recirculating and sounds pretty damn good. Costs $140 and forge products are very high quality from what I have seen.
