Mazda 6 wanted some action last night.....

It wasn't the Mazdaspeed 6, so no need to post a long kill story. Ya'll know what happened.

We went 3 times from about a 60 roll. The last two times I would let the dude pull about 3/4 to a full lenght before I'd even hit it.

Oh, and he started it.

He-he, yeah it's fun sometimes to give them a little hope, then crush 'em. I was doing the same sort of thing the other night with this tool in a Lexus, he kept ricer fly-bying me and it got annoying, so I passed him, hit the brakes and waited 'til he was passing me, then passed him again... did it 3 or 4 times so he would have no doubt in his mind of the outcome.

MY buddy at works has a lightly modded 6, it's harder for them to get aftermaket than us... and if you think we have an issue with mods and CEL's...

Yep. I didn't even floor it the first time so he thought it would be a close race. I'll bet when I let him pull on the second start he was like, "YES!!!" and then all of a sudden......VRRRRRRRRRROOOOOOooooooommmmmmm.

I think the third time he tried was just to re-assure himself that he just got beat by a Saturn because after that one, he didn't try again.

I think that will be changing with Mazdaspeed 6 and 3 now.

Glad to see that we're not the only ones though.

THe speed6 uses the 2.3 Turbo, just like the 3... It's actually easier to mod the 4cyl 6 vs. 6cyl...

Do you know which it was?

Not sure off hand. I just know it wasn't the Mazdaspeed based on the results.

The only Mazda's that I see, quite frequently, are the RX-8's and RX-7's around these neck of the woodz........

Any rate = Nice Kill

You can get the Speed6 for REAL cheap...they just didn't sell as well as hoped for whatever reason.

My local Mazda dealer has three or four on the lot, and they've had them for months.

That reminds me...I want to go drive them....
