Talking pontiac grand ams are retarded curiousgeorge u missed it!!!

well 2 races tonight................

1st room was a '98 audi a4 2.8 v6..........smoked it after i hit 2nd gear not alot of competition

2nd was a 2003 grand am gt.....i thought he had me off the line.......but then i remembered......O YA SUPERCHARGER KICKS IN AT BOUT 4500 RPMS!!!! hahahahahaahahahaha his face was priceless i will never forget it..........so we go back to the start spot and i say to him.....hey man was that bout 2 1/2 car lengths? he was so mad i thought he was gonna hit me or something.....but priceless.....then me and curiousgeorge were gonna tear it up vs. everyone.....but cops ruin everything lol.............def. a pretty good night

umm... it 'kicks in' at 1rpm. Look at some dynos, it is the most linear HP graph I have evr seen, there is no 'kicking in' to these cars what so ever.

Your probably just giving it WAY to much throttle, and spinning the wheels. They spin pretty silently. And when they finnaly catch, you lurch forward.

And you should have torn him up WAY worse than only 2 1/2 car lenghts I would think! I know I am 'magazine racing' here a little, but the 99 grand am GT does 0-60 in 7.7, where our cars can do it in 6.1. My friends used to drive one (untill he wrecked it) and it was nothing compared to the RL

either way, good kill! the look of someone who can't believe taht a saturn handed them thier ass is priceless

Yeah, its linear when tuned! My dyno was nothing close to linear until the a/f was balanced out...in which I gained 20whp in midrange...I think what he means is that it just starts screaming really loud at that point. Like at low end, my exhaust kind of overpowers my engine, but around 3800-4000rpm my exhaust seems to go dead silent and there goes the supercharger screaming its ass off...

Nice kills...way to piss some people off

ya im talkin like 2nd and 3rd gear higher rpms where u can definetly feel and hear the power......thats where i pulled off and i was shifting at about 5000 rpms didnt really push it against the grand am

I was linear till after my tune...must just be, I feel stockish in 2nd gear until about 3500 rpm, when I get slammed in my seats. Kinda-sorta like turbo spool.

Then again, a drop into 2nd @ 25 feels like a drop into 2nd @ 40 did stock. All realitive, I guess.

First gear's just warp speed. I'm curious to see my 0-30 times...

Oh, and I run into ballers in Grand Am Batmobile GTs a good bit. I don't bother to post results
