Me vs. a 2007 Mazda 6Speed

went from a light and he got me by a car and held it all the way till the end. Def. surprised me, He was stock and I have K&N CAI, Boost By-pass Mod, Bwoody traction Bars, HP Tuners. Damn AWD cars and launching.

The Mazdaspeed 6 is one hell of a car. I rode shotgun in one, and knew it would be faster than me stock. 273hp (I think) and AWD will do that, though.

Why are you running a boost bypass with HPT?

yeah they are, great sleeper too, can't see the intercooler and the ducting is built into the hood. not the best design but great for those who want to keep things on the down low, I'd drive one for sure.

Was looking at one as the "family" sleeper but Mazada was slow getting them out so now the famliy is Redline for the wife and SRT-4 for dad. And that 270+ HP is from 2.3L.

well spoon jay didn't really tell me to change the boost by-pass. So I dunno what to do.

i raced one of the 2006 MS6's. Those badboys are fast, like shiznit mentioned, perfect sleepers.

I test drove one. It felt really strong in the lower gears but lacks top end.

I'm sure with a TBE and maybe an intake it would help greatly.

I would go with a flash/TBE and it will probably be pretty quick.

The Mazda kids have like NO mods for the 6. At all. My coworker has one, and has NO choices for anything. I dunno if the speed 6 is any better, but maybe... They have no ECU access either, just a piggyback. Dunno if that applies to the speed 6, but...
