KILLED an 06 mustang gt

gettin off the freeway there was a 06 white mustang gt who wanted to mess around... but had no gas... i wait for him and he checks out my car... boasting a 14 flat at lacr... i say not bad. he askes what my car has... its still has no stage one and two or header... still on order.... so i pop my hood and show him. he says why a satun.. i say sleeper..... we get onto the freeway and line up next to each other at 60.. i honk 3 times and hit it right when he does. by the time i hit forth i had a full car on him... and he didnt want to race again... it was great he wasnt expecting it at all.

Stock, I say no. Even from a roll they'll pull on ya. Even with my mods, I'd hafta play catchup from a dig, and MIGHT creep on em from a roll.

But hey, who knows....

I dunno, header + Stage 1/2, intake...Dub should be running high 13s at sea level, which is what the GT is running...14 flat at LACR = 3.7/8 at sea level.

I tore up a white GT on 14 twice...once going UP an on ramp, and then again from a 65 roll - I doubt it was the same guy, he would've known when he saw you...he was LESS than happy the day I took him out.

He had a dual, maybe triple gauge pod...

from a roll you'll take them pretty easy, don't kid yourself. When I say you, I mean you SLS. When I had yuor mods... I walked them pretty good. It was still close, but I undenyably would walk away from them every time (ok only 3 different cars)

when i was stock i pulled on a GT with a CAI. he'd get me off the line but i would catch up. raced him about 4 times til he snapped my car was faster. i seemed to have no problems with GT's here, maybe its cuz the elevation??

hmmm....who's effected more by elevation/thin air - N/A or FI?

NA is affected the most, followed by SC, but turbos are affected by far the least.

A GT when you're stock? Hmm...guessing he had a stick and didn't drive well...I think the autos are actually faster in those. Also, please, please, please don't tell me you have Stage 1 and 2 on order...said it once, saying it again and I think lots of people have said it...Stage 2 is a Stage 1 but with a belt and pulley so there is no point in having Stage 1 and 2...unless you already have Stage 1 and going to Stage 2, then you need the 1-2 kit, which if buying at the same time, it costs more to get Stage 1 and add on the 1-2 kit as opposed to just buying stage 2...
