Odds of beating a new STI

Seriously...what could this kid have done wrong to lose to me by a car. I'll make it short because I am not claiming anything, simply wondering how he lost.

From a 40 roll, I honked it and beat him by about a car.

He asked to go from a dig and I told him I didn't want to but would anyway. (I expected the worst...lol)

1...2....3... were off and I slam second and clutch spins (grrr) just so happens he bogged off the line so we basically went from there and he pulled a small bit but I pulled on him when he shifted third. He missed and I pulled.

How bad must this kid have driven to lose to me or are they not cracked up to word of mouth. He was cool though and we said our "good race" and went on our merry ways. As he pulled away I heard him go, "F*ck!" It was right after he told me he missed second. That car is sooooooo hot!

Yeah, terrible driver. All their awesomeness is down low, after we get rolling,were pretty close to them stock with us at stage 2. I lost to one by about a car.

Well, to me, I didn't beat the car, but the driver instead. I know I am better than this kid, but his car has the potential of making me swallow my piss.

60%driver 40% car when i did the auto-x the otherday i seen 3 sti's spin out hit cones all day thats how i beat them i didnt do that a race is a race man. how you look at it is cool what im saying a car isnt bad ass with a shitty driver the one behind the wheel brings it to its potential you killed him is how i see it

i beat my next door neighbors best friends EVO MR stock by 3 cars (40 roll) hes a good driver too! he ran 13.4 in it w/ 400 miles on it

i had no passengers he has my neighbor in it (hes 200+) but what ever i won!
he sold it a few weeks ago he said tuner cars are out of his life now so he bought a SUV and a new house

I went to the track a few months ago and hungout with an owner of a bone stock 06 STI. His best run of the night was a 13.6@99mph, his best run to date was a 13.4@101mph. Not sure if that helps, but i saw him run a number of 13.6s that night, and it was bone stock from the factory.
