I got lucky as hell

well Friday afternoon my buddy pulls up in his 2006 GLi wanting to race so i bite and we go. 40mph roll needless to say i win but heres the funny but not so funny part. A blue trailblazer pulls up and honks and flashes her badge at me and tells me to pull over same to my friend it was an off duty sheriff right behind us the whole time watching as we raced. she was cool about it no ticket just a verbal warning. we are both in the military and she got our supervisors name and number. They'll be getting a phone call monday morning from her. she said i'm sure will race again but be smart about it and not right off base on a friday afternoon. we lucked out and i guess no more racing for us!

We had an off duty cop trying to pull us over in a Cavalier a few weeks ago.. I just shook my head and kept going..I'm not going to pull over for some asshole, not in a cop car and without any lights, waving a badge at me.

Bad thing was..I still can't figure out why he was trying to pull me over because I actually wasn't speeding or doing anything else.

A few months ago I was mowing my yard and ran out of gas, it was about ready to rain so I rushed to the gas station and hurried back. Of course, I get stuck behind someone going 10 mph under the speed limit. They strangely pull off the street, let me pass them, so I speed up (maybe 10 or 15over the speed limit for like two blocks) and pull into my garage. The person I past was some type of sheriff and he pulls into my driveway and tells me to slow down. When I walked towards his car to see exactly what his credentials are, he just me to be careful, he'd be watching me, etc and took off. It really pissed me off. He was probably a jailer or a probabtion officer. It was like he knew I was in a hurry and set me up to speed past him and then he bitches me out.

I would have told him to kindly get the phunk off my driveway. If he wanted to bitch me out, then he could do it from the street.

I ain't stopping..... j/k back in the day yeah ran all the time.. but now too old to deal with that kinda stress.... was fun though doin 175+ outruning cops and the state troopers.... I miss my rx... shit was an animal.. (by the way I hit 212mph on the dyno with it and approx 193 on the street) I know I know but it was along time ago

i can only imagine what that thing sounded like at 200mph! i was a passenger in my friends turbo SI <7th gen> and he ran from the cops. he dropped me off home, but within hours the cops showed up to his house with a nice pair of bracelets.
