04' WRX(non STI)modded vs. 05' IRL(stock)

Well guys I was driving home from the store when I see this blue wrx hallin balls behind me he flys by me and I decide to catch up. At the next light we get side by side. We both dump and go he murders me by about 3 car lenths to the next light(we only go to about 60 before the next light) At this light we had about 2 miles of open road to the next light...we dump and go...he blew my doors off from 0-40mph ar around 40mph i started gaining then he just took off. We pulled into the next gas station. Come to find out he has a whole SH!T load of mods. STI turbo swap, STI Intercooler swap, 4" downpipe, full custom exhaust, BOV, wastegate mod...list went on. He had it dynoed at 354awhp. So comparitvly I think I did ok. He was impressed I actually held on and did get completly murdered. I was killed but, I am glad he wasnt stock. LOL otherwise I would have commited car suicide haha.

There was an 06 wrx at the track today with an VF39 STI turbo swap that dynoed i believe at 310awhp and 345awt. He only ran a 13.2 with horrible launches but his trapt speeds were 110mph. The 06s can run the stock injectors and fuel pump with a VF39 turbo and you can get them used for only $300, its such a great mod.

yea he had injectors all that stuff..i mean it was incredibly fast...was awesomt to run with him though..well rather i was trying to just catch up haha

thanks...apparently(according to this guy) there is an old school skyline around neck of the woods with a R33? I think he said. That always attends the races on sat night. I cant wait til I get modded up. I will probably never beat him but still Be nice for a saturn to be on that things ass the whole time. I hope I said the right motor. maybe R34? Cant remember what he said exactly.

Thats not the motor, thats a chassis designation. It probably isn't an R34, those are really hard to get into the States. R33 is more likely.
