Is it possible

Seriously, can we make this section of the forum granted access only.

Like for people that actually own redline, and only a select few others. It would really end lots of crap that goes on here. I know I should probably just stay out of this section, but I just cant help it, it makes me laugh sometimes.

We should take a vote.................

I say access to this forum is only granted to people with over 100 posts atleast............or something along those line.......

Wait I am ranting..............Power to the REDLINES!!!

I mentioned this in another thread but I think ekool could make it that only senior members get in here. A lot of other forums are like that.

This thread is BS... do you really think that RLF could keep up with other forums? Please, the other forums would blow the threads off a RLF from a dig or a roll, even with a bad driver...

as long as theres no "blown mustang" kills from some guys who list power mods as "intake + exhaust" everything should remain pretty civilized

every forum with kill sections have people with other car, and people who like to dispute....

infact, don't lie, its everyones guilty pleasure.....you know you like to dispute

More times than not just annoying tho. Especially when it starts a bit of a war. That just makes me want to romp on "that" kind of car the next time I see it, lol

I think if it ever gets completely out of hand, this should be something that is put into effect.

this was a problem we had on our local car board, though it wasn't people causing arguments, it was people logging on that didn't need to be there(mainly cops)... So we just started a "street stories" forum that the administrator had to grant you access to, if he didn't know you, you didn't get in, that simple... We never really did anything wrong there but an issue came up over an incident that happened when one of our members was on the way to the race track(we were all traveling together), one member decided to be a dumb ass and attempt to pass about 6 cars on a 2 land road, he almost hit a Suburban head on in his stupidity... A cop happened to be in the line, followed us to the race track and I guess saw a few of the decals promoting the website in other member's windows, he logged on, and we had mentioned the incident on the site(and was really telling the guy how stupid he was) and the whole thing just got blown way out of proportion, we all got blamed for one member being stupid, the local police actually started monitoring the site and anytime we would meet up(just to hang out at like a Sonic, hooters, or something similar), we'd have like 15 cops circling us, one slip up and someone was getting a ticket... then we had people getting on there talking about street racing(mainly mentioning IN DETAIL where we raced at) and that caused a lot of problems with that... In the end the "member approval only" board was the best solution, and is what is probably needed here... I am here because when I bought my car, a Red Line is what I wanted, it just wasn't meant for me to get one...

Yeah, if things go crazy, we should make it restricted access, but only if things get bad. There's really no reason to do it.

+1 GTP - I really want a redline myself, but right now it's looking like it'll be a while.
