Comp Redline vs. SRT 4, Mach 1 Mustang, and Civic

I'm not always out to street race, but have you ever had one of those nights when you just feel like racing??? Well my girlfriend and I were going to a movie, and we had some time to waste. So I was just driving around and God handed me a gift. A SRT 4 with a thirty day tag. This kid just bought this car the day before. Now the only thing done to my car is a CAI. So I pulled up next to him and started pacing him. I heard him downshift and we were rolling at 40 mph. I tapped my gas to let him know I was ready. Then I heard him punch it. In the matter of a second I had a car on him. When we hit 80 I had over 2 cars on him and pulling. Granted I'm sure he wasn't used to it, but it was fun beating it.

After the movie we were driving home and a Mach 1 Mustang and a Civic came onto the highway. So I started pacing the Mustang trying to prevoke him to run me. Its funny how no one wants to race a Saturn, but if you think about it. We have nothing to lose. I mean who's going to brag that they beat a Saturn?? But anyway after about 5 minutes I guess he had enough. So I heard the downshift and we were off. I had him by a 1 car til about 95 and then from 95 to 105 he started inching back. After 105 I started inching away again. At 130 I had about 3 cars on him when I finally let off. So I slowed down to about 70 when that damn Civic decided to blow by me. So I downshifted to 3rd and caught him around 110 when I decided to pace him. Aparently 120 was as fast as he could go. So I honked at him and when he looked over my girlfriend and I waved goodbye to him. Then I floored it and started pulling away. Yes I know it was kind of cocky, but we laughed about it the rest of the night.

Some good kills, but watch out at those high speeds. Dangerous things happen.

I'm calling bs on the mach 1 no way in hell are you gonna pull 3 cars from 105 to 130 on a mach1 with just a cai sorry just not gonna happen. But for the rest of the kills good job

sweet kills man, but as said, high speeds are no joke. be careful and don't get too cocky.

auto mach 1's trap low 100's so he should have been even with him, but no way in hell would he pull 3 cars on a mach 1, also the srt-4 and redline should be even too since you both went from a 40 punch which seems like the sweet spot for both cars. But anything can happen on the streets.

Ive seen stock automatic Mach 1's at byron run mid 13's with a woman driver so im calling BS on that one unless it wasn't a true Mach ...

Good Kills man. I don't know about the Mach 1. He must have let go, for the three car lengths. A kills a kill though. Don't worry about the speed that what the air bags are for. LOL

How would a redline do with a 2.8 and 60's vs a stock srt? and how about a stg 2 and 20psi srt?
