Mr TL... Meet Mr RL...............

So cruising on the highway. Enjoying a nice Florida Sunset, and of course Mr Acura TL decides to get right next to me and try me.

So Im like... Nah, he is just probably kidding.... So he Punches it. We were doing about 60...so Im like... Hell no.... BOOST BOOST BOOST...

I steadily started gaining up on him since he caught me off guard. by the time we hit 120, he is pretty far behind. So I let go.

He gets right next to me and gives me the thumbs up, which I think is cool.

He punches it again... Im like Have a good day..

15 minutes later. As I am driving, I see a state trooper pulled over a white TL...

The moral of the story:

RACE WITH A FREAKING RADAR!!! And YES>>> IT IS A SATURN>>>> BOOST BOOST BOOST!!!!!!

sweet i saw a new TL typeS and it looks fast but he didnt want any of the redline...

Be careful with those, they can surprise you. Stock for stock they are easily comparable to us if not a little faster. The only advantage we have is less weight.

The secret to winning races against heavier cars that are as fast as us on straight roads is racing with a slight incline or a hill. They will lose.

I was amazed at the difference when I raced my 3.8 s/c LSS vs the Redline. On straight road it was close. racing uphill the LSS got massacred thanks to gravity. Same thing goes for racing a 2000 lbs peppy Honda uphill... beware.

It is kind of hot looking with an M5 style 4 tip exhaust and a nice set of wheels...
