The funny thing is,

When you beat a Saturn in your 340 HP Trans Am.....Wow, you beat a Saturn! Nobody is impressed. It is expected.

When we beat cars, like Audi TT's, 5.0's, SHO's, Acuras mid to late '80's Vettes, it gets people talking.

to get an 11 second 4 banger, you have to have had about $15,000 in mods put into the car....and on top of that suspension work just to get it to hook.

What's story for the Camaro and Mach1 kills? Go lookup Blu_Redline's track slip, the one where he beat a newer GTO in an official drag strip run. If it's not in the timeslips area, it's in some of his posts. It's solid evidence that a bad driver can completely make a car slow. Is the GTO slower than a Redline? Not even close.
