redline vs srt...roll and dig...

i got my redline back from the shop and me and my friend with a stock srt4 went for a couple runs...we went from a 1st gear 20 mph roll...i missed second and lost by over 2 cars, next time he missed second and we were dead even until about 60, then he got a 1 1/2 car lead and it stayed like that until about 100 where we slowed down, next from a dig, we both spun tires real bad and shifted into second early both races, that second gear pull is crazy, he pulled over a car, but i still didnt let him gain any more, then from 30 mph second gear pull, his torque kicks in way before the redline and i was at low rpm, so he pulled about almost 3 cars on me before i backed down...overall he would beat me every time, once that turbo kicked in he got the jump, then we would be dead even and no one would gain...great races...
