Grand Prix GT

Had some 'kids' (my age really), pull up next to me at a light yesterday, and of course I hear one of the two say: "Hell ya, you can take that shit, it's a Saturn for gods sake."

I just kinda peeked over, and saw him slowly rolling past the line, trying to get that head start. Let him get almost 1/2 a car on me from the light. This is a nice lonely drive past a forest preserve, and the road narrows from 2 lanes to 1 almost a 1/4 mile from the light. So, the light turns green, he hits it, I pull off just fast enough not to spin tires at all, hit it kinda hard in first, put it into second and just HAMMERED it. Supercharger started screaming, both guys look over just in time to see me wave and pass them. Didn't even get over 55 in a 50.

I kept staring at the passenger who made the comment about being able to take my car, and couldn't even get eye contact at the next light...

good stuff, gotta love the kills where they "think" they'll win, and express it loudly, then you walk them.

I don't wait for my Autotragic to downshift, I put it in either the 2 or 3 setting, depending on what speed i'm at (2 if I'm goin 60 or less, otherwise it goes in 3), and mash it. My SC2 has surprised many a ricer w/ that method.
