killed by a 350Z

After this 'race' i wanted to kill myself. I know that under different circumstances that a 350Z would beat me but not by how much this one did. I fucked up so bad in every aspect. So, I'm bored one night coming back from a friends at 11 or so and I'm on Clayton Road. I'm originally going to turn left onto Lindbergh but I saw a 350Z with rims pulls up 2 lanes over going straight. I just couldn't resist. I back up and then go into the straight lane. I'm sitting there for a second and I wanted to ask if he had anything done to his car, as i turn down my music...the light turns green and catches me off guard. In the mean time, the guy launches ahead. Panicked, i drop the clutch inducing a critical amount of wheel hop. Then, pissed off because of the wheel hop i shift into second very early, only when in first gear im at about 5000 rpms...as im shifting into second...my shift knob comes off and i miss the gear. All of this happening before i leave the intersection...i was so pissed off.

lmao! i beat a 350z like 3 months ago in MD he was in his 30-40's i pull up next to him going bout 40 pass him a lil then he moves up next to me puts his window down and says you wanna go? Im like sure 3 honks neck and neck for 3rd gear but i kept waiting for him to shift then i would it worked by fourth i was a half car ahead we get to light and i stay back a lil(car in his lane) so we could chat he was like: nice car you, s/c'ed? i said yea he looked and said you lucky my s/c belt isnt on right now he was bone stock besides that! he asked if I autocross i told him no he said he has seen some great things from are cars well light turns green (i get thumbs up i honk to him and we go are seperate ways)

But a 350 will dominate with any mods! intake exhaust is like 30 hp for them

Nice death................if raced from a dig and the rl spins to mutch you will die. From a dig at a light spin or bog you will win by a car or so. a 40 roll up like 120 is fine youll kill a 350z but make sure you put on the breaks at 120 to take the win b/c he will and i mean will pass you to do 160 no joke. LOL hehehe

Actually 350Z's take very poorly to intake/exhaust mods. They gain more noise than horsepower.

i mod 350's all the time they di in fact take very nicely to upgrades but only to a certain hp limit. we have got roughly 550hp out of the stcok motor. without doing internals these can not handle much more than that. now the 300zxtt thats a different story i have 820whp in mine and we see great hp gains in those.
