190...That's nothing, when I had my RL set for 255mphm..you can set the limiter wherever you want, but it doesn't mean shit if the car won't let it get there. He'd need a more aerodynamic package on a 350z and not to mention the gearing and valvetrain up'd to about 11000rpm...

i am staged with 2.9 pulley so if my ic pump was not workin is that why i could have lost?

and yes, thats a good reason. a very good reason. get all the cooling mods you can possibly afford.
