Not only in MR2's, I've seen a few in some 6th gen celica coupes and there pretty quick.
I wanted it because it different than the 3S swap and it bolted right up to the tranny that was in my celica but I was leaning more toward the IBT 4a-ge 20valve with a 1.8l block, done my research it has been done and it works well. make close to 150 to 160 hp if i remember right.

Well there is a lil group of us over here that hangs out then there is this one guy with a cobalt se calls us up all the time telling us there is people wanting to race a supercharged.

But from the looks of that toyota i really thought it would be a close (er) race than it was. but i guess you never know.
