Ive been searching, and it SEEMS like i should have beat him with my mods. i hope i can get the vid up soon(buddy taped in my car). like i said, we stayed dead even till about 80, then he began pulling decently.

its a good nasty. they are pretty quick. i raced a local one and beat it but i actually kinda rather have a ms3. stock its around 240whp same as our cars staged 2. upgrading to a front mount intercooler automatically gives it 20whp plus a new tune. ur between 270-300whp w/ no problem. plus it has a lot of room for ur friends and enough space to have a 3some w/ the rear seats folded down. lol

theres a 07 ms3 w/ 11k miles on it 1 owner for 19k. thats a great price. i gotta talk 2 the rents

because you need a driver mod? lol. idk man. did u race from a dig or roll? oh and was he stock? the guy i raced was bone stock

i mean i shift at 7k, i have my interceptor lights to come on (dont need them, but just in case). I was surprised, but i did hang with him for a while. i duno though, i def thought ide pull. my buddy that was riding iwth me (owns an SS, that just stage 2) said that was a good race bc him and the same ms3 guy raced bc the ms3 put about 2-3 cars on my buddies stg2 SS.

i think the ms3 has some more mods then you think because i was a solid car length ahead of the ms3 and you have a lot more mods then i do. im only pushin just under 240whp. how many ponies you pushin?

not sure havent been dynoed. hopin for 260. i duno, the guys a straight up real cool guy and ive known him for a while. i was around right when he bought it and as hes put the intake and exhaust on. so im sure thats all he has, unless it was modded from the previous owner (not sure what year he has). but again, i was def surprised.

hmm unless the MS3's were REALLY restricted stock exhaust and intake wise, which i dont doubt cause the mazdaspeed protege exhaust was HORRIBLE, then idk why it kept up esp with your mods. theyre 3.1k lbs stock and are rated a TAD bit better than our 0-60's and 1/4's.

yeah thats why im postin man, that was my logic in it as well. And posted bc didnt know if thats normal or if they car might not be running to my mods full potential.
