my stock 05 redline vs srt-4 wit k&n filter

jus las week one of my buddys bought a brand new srt-4, and from that day hes been wanting to race me... so finally a cuple days ago we did. i have a bone stock 05 redline and he has a k&n drop in filter in his srt-4. we raced 3 times 1st race he missed 3rd, second race i missed 3rd, so we went one las time and it was a 2nd gear 35 mph roll til bout 135 mph. i i pulled slightly rite from the start and inched bout a car ina half away n stayed at almost 2 cars ahead to win the race ..... i was very happy

-and jus that same nite a kid ina gli laughed at me and was makin fun of me that i had a saturn, so i asked him to follow me to the highway, he agreed very confidently...we went froma 25 roll n i stopped racing at like 90 mph when i couldnt c him nemore in my rearview mirror lol i put many bus lengths on him and as i flashed the hazards n slowed down he flew by me n got off the exit n went the other direction... he prolly regreted laughing at me

you must have a factory beast then. i find it hard to belive you won from a 35mph roll, and by two cars on top of that.
if you raced from a dig it wouldnt be to hard to belive, due to all the wheel hop srt-4's have, but even from a dig; two cars? na, im not beliving it.

oh, and you threw your hazards on?

i own a rl and all but stock for stock a SRT 4 is faster (by alot)
My bro has SRT 4 and my other one has SS so i compare alot between these cars!

I have intake, exhaust and can run with him easy, or if i shift better then slightly pull on him but after a 100 they pull like horny goats!

he must not be a good shifter i dunno
but it doesnt help anymore cuz i cant beat my bro anymore anyway fucking stage 2 so know i only play with my brother jeremy he has SS with intake and i easily pull on him!

Im not knocking ya mabe your friend sucks at shifting! and your a monster

Your friend could aslo have a new mixed breed of neon rice (complete kit) to make his car look like SRT 4 and a sunami turbo ( BOV replicator)

even if he cant shift, its a roll. there isnt much skill involved in a roll. and stock for stock, theres no way he pulled two cars on that srt.

or maybe like you said, it could be one of those sxt's that have the srt-4 body kit.

I rode passenger in the ion. We did do that little vaccum mod. Don't know if it helped or not, but we will race him again without the vaccum mod and see. His car is a BRAND new 05 srt4 ACR edition. It's fine that you don't believe it because honestly we expected to lose going into this race knowing very well that the SRTs trap a good 2-3 mph higher. Driver shifted fine and said he shifted right at redline. Just that we were a little faster. I will get this on video in a few days and everyone can see it for themselves.

Wow dude your friend must suck at shiftin' but I find it a little hard 2 believe u beat an srt. I wish it was true but I need video proof 2 believe u. Pop each others hoods 2. (That shouldnt be a prob since he is ur friend right?) Hope ur not bsn

On a side not..my friend just traded his 02 Procharged GT that ran 12.4 on street tires on an 05 srt- 4. Damn insurance company pretty much made him do it!!

I believe him beating a srt4 i used to beat my friends 04 from that speed all the time even worse from a 40...but now he has 20psi and i cant even dream of touching him in a race. it was fun for the 1st 6months of owning our cars. I got the intake mod he did intake mod he put a cutout and actuator and i put the header on. it was touch and go untill the manual boost controller was added and some more goodies he is about 300hp now. But i beat a brand new white 05 from a roll and we was shocked he came back a few days later w/MSD pack on and did worse. It was funny I laughed at him. Good kil man and for the gli you shouldnt have wasted your time w/him they are as fast as a GSR honda LOL but i guess you had to show him whats up. Great kills man.
