new Camry

well, i was out driving with the fiance, and this kid in a brand new camry, or it could have been an avalon, the big body one, was at the light hopping on the brakes like he was going to go for it. didn't instigate any race or anthing, so I just paced him off the line, and when he tried to give it more, I gunned it, in 2nd, leaving him behind. So we end up at the next light again, and I looked over at him to see if he was going to be interested in going at it, he glanced over saw that I was looking, and proceeded to rub on his blingin’ earing and play with his flip phone. Very cool. Anyways, I decide I’m going to leave him WELL behind this time, just to show him that mommy’s camry can’t hang with the Saturn from hell, so I did, by the time I was missing 3rd (this crap pisses me off, I think I’ve kilt the tranny, or the moutns) I realized he wasn’t even close so I just calmed down. This entire “race” consisted of me going up to 45mph, and he wasn’t anywhere close to keeping up, and believe me he was trying, the tires on it squaked off the line. I had a nice launch with VERY minimal tire spin, I’m getting pretty good at controlling it now. Either way, just thought I’d bask in the glory of dusting some kid in mommy’s sedan thinking he’s fast.

after looking up what the camry and the avalon have, they are rated at, um yeah...

well, it couldn’t have been the Avalon, it would have HAD to put up MUCH more of a fight, and I am now assuming I humiliated this kid in a 4cyl camry, the 210 and 220hp versions would have HAD to put up a better fight. Oh well, showed him the Saturn was quick, and the Toyota was slow, until next time…
