Did I just leave a guy with a dropped jaw in his Sebring BWAH HA!

This jerkoff was putzing and matching speed with the vehicle next to it then when I got behind the stable vehicle he tries taking off like a bat out of hell so I jump in the other lane and gun it in second. He had about a 2 car lead and by the time I was to 70 he was a car and a half behind. He had the JXi model or whatever the hell it is. Nothing spectacular that I shouldn't have killed but for some reason I take some sick sadistic satisfaction in walking all over lesser cars.

Perhaps it's their cocky attitude that makes me so happy when I snap around them and give them a condescending smirk, but mostly I think it's the look of surprise/horror on their faces when I come face to face and show them that their antics weren't too worthwhile.

Anyhow, I think these sebring crowds are kind of like most of the base Mustang guys, think their car is fast even when it's got no balls whatsoever (no offense to those of you with modded cars that work to make your vehicle something.) I dunno, the close races are fun, but I do derive much more satisfaction from pounding the littler guys with the big hearts (call me the schoolyard bully.)

YOU BIG BULLY! I drive a car that I think is fast but in reality has no balls whatsoever. You made me feel bad about myself, expect a call from my lawyer.

Haha, nice kill. Those Sebrings are nothing spectacular.

I had the SC2 myself. Nice car, not great HP but it could still overtake a lot of the smaller things on the road. I'll bet you could have a sebring with your vehicle.

Thats funny. I was in a friends car once and a frigin sebring was behind us. The driver of the car I was in started to speed up as well the car behind us. The driver goes bat at of hell mode and the car behind us did the same. he got over but never gained any ground till over 100mph that was nutz.

My previous car was a 1997 Sebring JXI, let me tell you, 2.5L V6 Mitsubishi, 168hp stock. I thought it was a fun car to drive until I realized that cars can accually push you back in the seat. But on the bright side, mine did have a retractable antenna...

<edit> I almost forgot, the factory cutoff is at 112MPH, mine only went to 109 though... </edit>

i admit i like picking on people at times but not out of nowhere. If they are just driving aggressively on the road and dont mess with me i'm fine. But once they cross my path, it's on!

Usually you can attribute the tires to the speed limiter. Cars can't leave the factory with a top speed above the speed rating of the standard tires. Not in all cases, sometimes the car is just not safe above a certain speed.
