driving around this past weekend and rolled up to a redline and ran him i jumped out about a car then he pulled back up to my rear quater panel. Pretty good run for an OEM FI car.

That could have worked the opposite way. I have run and beat the same car twice in my RL, by a car length.....It's going to take more than adding a turbo for ford to meet the performance spec's of this motor.

whats so special about these motors? any specs? etc...... im interested in knowing about these cars. I want to be able to keep up with them. arnt these the same as the SS colbalt.

My turbo focus made 250 whp and weighed in at around 2600 lbs. It was faster than my RL.

A Dodge Ram slammed into the back of my focus doing 40 mph, wrecked it pretty good. So I took the insurance money and bought the RL.

These motors are supposed to be the next awsome 4banger motor. Car is rated at 205HP and 200lbft of torque. Stock cars are dynoing at roughly 210 HP and 190ish torque. The motor itself can handle well into the 400hp, somewhere up to 450HP (wheel hp I believe) before the internals need to be addressed. Just wait and watch to see what we can wind up doing with these things.
