05 V6 Stang

I know if any of you have raced one of these you know its an easy kill but let me tell the story anyway. I was at work talking to my coworker about cars, (she is a girl that does not really no much engine wise but not a total idiot about them) and she was saying how fast her car is and of couse i get competitive and start saying i would whoop her. so she bets me 10 dollars that she could easily beat me i told her to make it 20 and i would start at the light behind her car, she started talkin all this bs about how i just wanted to do that so id have an excuse when i lost. so after work i fallow her out of the parking lot she is stopped at a red light and i am behind her (we're on a big 4 lane st.) so i rev my engine and she gives the thumbs up. The light turns green she floors it, i ease into staying right behind her get about half way through the intersection then stomp on it and pull around her like nothing i just keep pulling. at the next light she is almost crying because she feels like she bought a pos because she lost to a saturn so i felt bad and didnt collect the 20, ego boost is enough haha.

My roommate has an 05 v6. They jump ok off the line, but have nothing from 3K on up. Everytime I try to race him I give him about 1.5 cars, and start to reel him in around 35mph, but he'll never let me pass him. That thing gets like 28hwy mpg's by the way!

I tried to get one of those 05 mustangs a couple months before I bought my redline (and thank god I couldn't get the financing on it), but anyways, the insurance was actually about 40 dollars cheaper on the mustang. I couldn't figure out why. But that's the way she goes I guess... payments would have been a couple hundred more though..

That surprises me because my Red Line is about 100 bucks a year cheaper on insurance than my SVT Focus was.

my insurance was cut in half and i used to drive an 89 camaro rs with the 2.8L v6 that was soooo slow but still had to pay high cause it said camaro
