2nd Gen Eagle Talon.....

Today I was out hunting again and came up on a Talon. I caught up with him, looked over at him and punched it. Then I slowed down and waited for him to catch up. We both gave each other the nod and took off from a 45mph roll. I completely dusted his ass. I mean, it was at least 10 lengths I pulled on him.

I let him catch up and rolled down the window. First thing he said was, "That's a bad mother fucker". I told him, "I thought you wanted to race?" and he said, "I was trying man. I just couldn't catch you."

We both laughed and right before I drove off told him, "Oh yeah, It's got a stock supercharger on it too." He shook his head and chuckled.

Yea im deffinently going to say he was non T. I can pull a mild pre-05 GT hard as long as we don't go above tripple digits. Im running about 13 psi and downpipe, test pipe, and autozone muffler. Oh yea filter. Iv'e surprised many people in this thing. I can even pull a car on my truck at a roll, just to tell you guys how fast my stock 14b turbo spools. But of course my truck can reel me in.

Sweet good kill. I hate eclipses and talons. Sorry boosted...but u still have a badass truck!!

Oh trust me, i have my days with my eclipse, some of my neibors thought the city was spraying for mosquitos but it was just me idling in my driveway.

Isn't that a 210hp MAX output? What year is 2nd Gen? My girl has a 98 Eclipse, non-turbo, and I was pretty sure that the turbo was around 210? Given age, weight, and new technology, there should be no reason he can't run a turbo one. Not to mention most of the ones I see around here are complete pieces of shit! Even her car is falling apart with 75,000 miles on it.
