Official info and reservation thread for Indy Nov. 12th Christmas/Thanksgiving party!

Ahhh..I JUST (like a second ago) got off the phone with Scott and we decided on a slightly different route. We're going to use a state park camp site for the bon fire and everything..I know of a good place to do this..I'll need someone (I'll prob vol. Scott) to help me set everything up, but the admission fee for the park is $4 for Indiana plated cars and $5 for out of state. The camp site fee is $16 and I'll be covering that myself so no worries there. If you think you can make it either post here or call 765-228-5077 to make reservations. Please bring some kind of food and pitch in..we'll have hotdogs, chips, drinks, and whatever else we can get. Up for discussion will be the official formation of the Indiana Redline Association (or whatever we decide to call it, but that's it for now) and club logo ideas..also sponsorships and what we can do to get them.

There are walkways, nature trails, and several other various activities you can do while you're here if you want to. We'll meet at the Meijer in Anderson around 1PM and head out to the park around 1:45 (sooner if everyone that's coming gets there) and stay 'till whenever we wish.

The address for the park is :
4306 Mounds Road
Anderson, IN 46017

That way if you want to map quest it and see how far away it is you can. Pretty easy to find and if you need any help just feel free to give me a call.

Friends, food, fire, fun, and cars!

Hope to see you guys there!

Well Im going to make my own club and call it Kentucky Redline Association thats better than the Indiana Redline Association . What ya think about that? So are there going to be places to crash or is it bring your own tent thing. Also is beer allowed at this paticular park.

I have a tent if someone wants to use it (we have the campsite all night technically...) as my house is sorta out of the question since we have no extra rooms and I have a DSM bum living on my couch already. Alcohol is 'technically' not allowed, but they do not say anything about beer, just hard alcohol, just don't have it in the open and drinking it when you pull into the park.

So if you want to stay just bring a sleeping bag (or a tent/sleeping bag) and pitch one up. I normally set up a tent and don't sleep in it as long as it doesn't rain (which, from what I've seen so far it isn't..) this time of the year 'cause it's pretty nice out.

I will keep my sailors mouth at home, and heck its a Saturn club family is OKAY.

and Blue, Iowa is NOT far away, I used to do Indy to Lafayette Pack and then hit Des Monies in about 6 1/2 to 7 1/2 hours depending on Chi-town traffic and that was in an L series, of course that was with a girl waiting in bed for me so...... If you do come bring me something from the Iowa 80
