SCAM. I actually emailed this guy back and forth for about a week when he advertised it on cars.com

He wanted control of the transaction and all money. My Brother-in-law was traveling to the UK on business and I told the guy I wanted him to meet my brother in law to make sure it was legit. He never emailed me back!

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

displacement has nothing to do with how many cylinders the engine has. technically you could have an 8 liter 4 cylinder or a 2 liter v12.

My brother in law is a service manager at a Subaru dealership in NJ. I had him looking around for an STI for me for the longest time. As an employee he can buy a used car for what the dealer paid the previous owner for trade in. I couldn't find a used one for under 20k. Just FYI. I would say definately a scam.
