Is that you're dad driving?
I think a 1000hp ecotec would fit in there really nicely!!!

Yeah Scott thats my dad he loks kinda goofy in it because the seat was molded for me and he is a good three inches taller than I am. As far as putting an LSJ in it in theory you could, but you wouldnt be able to compete anymore. The series I raced in with this car was basically a spec series. All of the cars ran the same sealed engine and transmisson. The enigne is a Yamaha R6 engine. The engines are sealed however preventing you from working on them. All work on the car is performed by 600 racing. The only thing you were allowed to change were the tires, springs, and shocks. The goal was to have everyone on a level playing field so as to make it more about the driver. My rookie year I finished second in my class which was the age group of 15 to 18. We raced mainly on short tracks mainly 1/2 mile and mile ovals and a couple dirt tracks as well. I just saw though that they are starting a new SCCA calss for the thunder roadster. I might have to come out of retirement to kick some ass. These cars rule they are cheap and they are a blast you can either buy it for 17k or lease it for the season like I was doing. You and your dad should look into it. Hell they wil even transport the car to the race for you if you want!

This picture was taken last spring at a test session at Mt.Lawn speedway in New Castle. My dad is an ass though. He went out in the test session and broke the damn track record for our cars! Which stood for all of about three days til the race where I go pissed and decided that I wanted it! Its been broken since then as they repaved the track at the end of last season and it has a lot more grip now.
