Spotted my car's twin the other day...

I saw an exact duplicate of my car in Noblesville the other day. I know that blue RL's are common, but it had the exact same wing that my car does. Unfortunately, I was driving my fiance's car and didn't feel like freaking him out by chasing him all over town to tell him about the forum, etc. It looked pretty much stock...no tint or badging. Anyone know who he is?
