Exclamation Interested in a car show?

I was speaking to my service manager at work yesterday. He came up with the idea of having a car show on our dealership lot, from what he told me it would be a chance for all Saturn owners to show off their cars. He also wants to invite some muscle car owners. I'm trying to get him to allow imports into the mix along with SRT-4s because I think it would make for a better show. He doesn't want any sound or burnout competitions because it would be impossible to keep the village of Lake Barrington off our backs. Basically he just wants to have a show where everybody has a chance to meet each other, show off your work and have some fun. Don't worry about some pencil neck from Saturn corporate walking around and voiding warranties. This event is not corporate sponsored in any way and we don't void warranties no matter how much work your car has done to it (I'm sure Spooner will agree)

Before we can get anything done, we need the permission of the owner of Saturn of Lake Barrington. For us to do that I need to show him how many people would be interested. The show would probably be on a Saturday night sometime during the summer. Admittance obviously free and the location is Saturn of Lake Barrington in Lake Barrington, IL. Any suggestions from you guys are welcome but right now I need to know who would be interested in attending.

So what do you think?

Well... the car show is a good idea.

As far as the warranty stuff goes. They were all over my pulley and intake when it was in there the second time. No problems with it while I was there, but a very different story the second time around.

Sorry, I'm a little miffed at them right now... particuarly after it took Roger 3 min to diagnose my issue over there.

Seeing that I am currently arguing with mine over whether an air intake has anything to do with oil seaping through the valve cover gasket and the intercooler concerns I would be concerned to open my hood. It's sad that I have to feel that way

Hell I'll put a enlarged photo of my VIN in the front window so they can read it from a distance..I'm not too concerned..you can tell my car isn't stock by hearing it start.
