K&N's new typhoon intake for the Ion Redline is officially the first intake out ! Its available in polished finish, and just like all of K&N's products, they have an excellent fit, and are designed really well for no fitment issues, and great performance.

Dyno tested by Redline owners to gain 7 hp, and some have lowered their quarter mile times by as much as .3 - .4 tenths with the K&N intake. Call to get yours today, we offer free shipping on this piece !

This intake has a flange to fit your factory mass air flow sensor, and is fairly easy to install. Black and white photo installation instructions provided. Lastly, this intake comes with a K&N air filter, and has a pre filter wrap, which is a piece that covers the intake filter to protect it if you are driving in dirty/dusty areas.

I'm curious at first when I heard abou this kit it was supposed to offer 17HP now its 7?!? Unless you have a typo.......Can you please clarify?

D3XXfr, the only dynos Ive seen from Redline owners were of hp numbers between 7-9 hp, so to be fair and true, we posted 7 hp. As time moves along, youll notice that MP provides real world, proven hp numbers, and we post actual pictures of the real world products instead of generic product pics like some others do.

Geokots, We dont offer free shipping to Canada, however we could offer you a discounted shipping rate by either Fedex or US postal service. Duties and fees are normally just like any thing you purchase in CAnada, youd have to pay the typical GST taxes, etc.

Well thanks for pointing that out Jeepin.
We first sponsored two Cobalt forums, ie, *************, and cobaltss.com . Then, along with the Cobalt platform, we felt it would be good to develop our program along the Ion as well. In the midst of making posts in a total of three forums for the Cobalt/Ion, I just used my signature from another site when setting my signature here. Ill make sure its corrected though.

Fyi, just because I left Ion/Ion RL out of my signature doesnt mean we are not dedicated to the RL. As Ive stated before, we are stocking the products, and we are working on a lot of products for the Ion/Cobalt. I know that the Ion owners out there feel a little left out at times, but the aftermarket is taking notice, and MP is dedicated to helping you out as well.
