Yes, the points will go on your licence. It used to be true that driving in another state would not translate the points, but that's long past. Hell my grandfather got pulled over for DUI with a PA licence in NJ and they just drove him home

Not necessarily. It depends on which states. I know people who have gotten tickets in other states and they never got points on their license. Hell, my friend got a DUI in WV after he already had one in PA and it got treated as his first. They didn't know he had one previously.

Okay, I guess I can't talk for the rest of the country, but as far as I know East Coast-East Coast doesnt matter where you live or where the ticket came from, points is points

lol no this was middle of day so no street glow on,, damn cop was hiding in a bush. i know some states dont transfer points, guess ill need to call dmv,, mayb they will have it on there website....??
anyone plead not guilty as a out of state resident? does it work same way as NJ where you see that person and they play with the ticket then you see the judge? i have no points currently so two is not a BIG deal, last tiem i had points i went to a defensive driving course and they were removed.
