Anyone in Central Jersey - Jersey J's Meet

Hey everyone,

Well I used to be a J-Body owner and have a club called the Jersey J's. It was originally just for J-Body cars, but two years ago after they stopped production of the cars we opened up to anything ECOTEC powered as well. Now that I drive an ECOTEC Car and have joined this forum I figured I would extend the invitation over to you guys.

Even though the club has been around for about 6 years now we don't have an official website setup. The best way to see what is going on for now is going to:

http://drive.to/jerseyj or the direct link is http://www.j-body.org/forums/read.ph...=84969&t=84969

here are the details for this months meet incase if anybody is interested:
Primary Meeting
Date: June 16, 2007
Time: 7:00 PM
Location: Wendy's
3150 Route 88
Pt Pleasant Boro, NJ 08742
(732) 899-4003

Directions: Brought to you by Yahoo!
Details: I have never been here before so find a parking spot and I am sure we will see each other since it can't be that big of a place.

Pre-Meet Location
Date: June 16, 2007
Time: 5:30 PM
Location: Cheesequake Rest Area
Directions: Take Garden State Parkway to Mile Marker 123. As always we park by the gas station on the south side of the lot.
Details: We will be leaving here by 6:15 PM so don't be late or you are finding your own way to Point Pleasant.

Again, while ALL J-body/Cobalt/Ecotec powered car owners are welcome at Jersey J meets, you are NOT welcome if you intend to misbehave and attract any unwanted attention from law enforcement or other authorities. We'd like our club to be a positive influence in the community, and not a disturbance. Please drive safe and don't do anything which would draw negative attention to the group.

End time is generic. I would say on average we usually end around 11:00PM. It all depends on what time everyone wants to leave. This is a very informal group. It's just a way to get people who are interested in these cars all together and have a good time. It's nice to share ideas and experiences.
